Snap Coin is SnapFind's internal billing unit. 1 Snap Coin = 1 photo processed. Subscription plans include a monthly Snap Coin allocation. When you run out, you can purchase a Top-up Pack to replenish.
Monthly subscription Snap Coins do not carry over and reset each month. However, Top-up Pack Snap Coins never expire and accumulate over time. Subscription coins are used first, followed by Top-up Pack coins.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription anytime through your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
The free plan includes 50 Snap Coins with full access to all features for 30 days. Great for small events or trying out the platform. During the trial, photos will include a SnapFind watermark.
We process payments through Stripe, supporting credit cards and various payment methods. All transactions are charged in HKD (Hong Kong Dollars).
